The Britpop icon's solo debut

British singer and Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher is finally presenting his solo debut in 2017.

"As You Were" is the name of the record, which comes three years after the break-up of his rock combo Beady Eye.

For the recordings in Los Angeles and London, Gallagher enlisted the support of two real star producers: Greg Kurstin (Foo Fighters, Adele, P!NK), who also recorded all the instruments for the tracks he produced, and Dan Grech-Marguerat (Keane, The Kooks, The Vaccines).

Liam gave a first taste of the album back in May with the single "Wall Of Glass".

In addition to the standard CD and an LP version, "As You Were" is also available as a deluxe version containing three bonus tracks.

The music world has been waiting a long time for this moment: Britpop and rock icon Liam Gallagher is launching his first solo album.

"As You Were" will be released in 2025 as a special limited edition on Zoetrope vinyl with brand new, bespoke artwork and packaging.

Originally released in October 2017, "As You Were" was a critical and commercial success, debuting at number one in the UK, outselling all other albums in the UK Top 10 chart combined and reaching Gold status in its first week.

It has since been certified platinum in the UK. Contains the singles "Wall of Glass", "For What It's Worth" and "Greedy Soul".
