Not 21 pilots but just two - namely Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun from Columbus, Ohio - are at the wheel of Twenty One Pilots. These two kicked up so much dust last year that they were hard to miss. After their successful major debut "Vessel" from 2013, the duo followed up with a new work last year and promptly exceeded all expectations:

They shot straight to number 1 in the US charts with "Blurryface"! The band reached pole position on the Billboard 200 album charts with their second major album. And with the tailwind of their US success, they are also on the rise in Germany.

The hit single "Stressed Out" is already Top 10 in the German charts. On the album "Blurryface", the duo takes their explosive mix of hip-hop, indie rock and punk to the next level.

Twenty One Pilots also earned a reputation as a mercilessly good live band with well over 300 concerts around the world. What began in small clubs has long since reached main stage festival appearances and sold-out indoor concerts (including two shows at Madison Square Garden, New York, in August 2016).

2016 could be the most exciting year yet for the boys from Ohio. Their current single "Stressed Out" is turning into a global hit and their Blurryface World Tour is also blowing all expectations out of the water - in Germany alone, around 10,000 fans will experience the live energy of twenty one pilots in February - and there is no end in sight to Tyler and Josh's steep rise...
