El Hajar (Bonus Track Version) (Vinyl) [LP]

Dudu Tassa and the Kuwaitis opened the Coachella Festival a few years ago and were chosen by Radiohead as the opening act for one of their US tours. The Al Kuwaiti Brothers were among the most important composers and musicians in Baghdad in the first half of the 20th century.

Dudu Tassa has taken up some of the Al Kuwaitis' recordings, developed them further and modernized them into his own sound. "El Hajar" was originally released in 2019.

This version is a re-release in the style of their self-titled album and "Ala Shawati" and includes a completely reinterpreted version of "El Hajar".
