Symphony Of Lungs: BBC Proms At The Royal Albert Hall [2LP]

Florence + The Machine joins Jules Buckley and his orchestra to celebrate Lungs, their BRIT Award-winning debut album released to critical acclaim 15 years ago. On September 11, 2024, Symphony of Lungs was brought to life at the BBC Proms with a stellar performance from Florence + The Machine and Jules Buckley, who reinterpreted the album Lungs in its entirety.

This included the best-selling and fan-favorite singles "Dog Days Are Over", "You've Got The Love" and "Cosmic Love", as well as rarities that Florence said she hadn't played for at least 15 years, including "Bird Song" and "Falling". Jules Buckley and his team of arrangers transformed the already beautifully produced album into an orchestral and choral masterpiece.

In addition to the live broadcast of the performance on BBC Radio 3, Universal Music Recordings, in partnership with the BBC, will officially release the live recording of this performance, initially on digital streaming platforms in October 2024, followed by physical formats in March 2025. The physical products will include stunning images of the performance as well as a heartfelt personal note from Florence herself.
