William Ragsdale and Chris Sarandon star in this supernatural horror written and directed by Tom Holland. When 17-year-old horror fan Charley Brewster (Ragsdale) discovers that his next-door neighbour Jerry (Sarandon) is a vampire, he tries to raise the alarm but no one believes him. The only person willing to help is fictional vampire hunter and television host Peter Vincent (Roddy McDowall).
