Joshua Tree [DVD]

Unsuccessful as a racing driver, Barett earns his living by transporting stolen luxury cars. During one of these transports, he is stopped by the police. A brutal shoot-out ensues in which Barett's partner and a cop are mysteriously shot dead. Barett is arrested, but manages to escape during the transfer to prison. He "procures" a car and takes the driver, Rita, hostage. A merciless chase through the Mojave Desert ensues. The hardened cop Severance does everything in his power to capture Barett...
