Rosettes are finally here in 2025 with their debut album "Lifestyles" on Timmion Records, a captivating journey into psychedelic soul, jazzy funk and introspective grooves. For the listener, it's an experience that is both sophisticated and raw to the core.

This 10-track album builds on the sound they've honed with their previous singles, showcasing the group in top form as they create an intoxicating tapestry of sound that draws the listener in. With standout tracks like the soulful opener "The Call", the Isaac Hayes-inspired title track "Lifestyles" and the introspective groover "Spirals", the album weaves together cinematic instrumentals, intricate horn arrangements and the highly personal narratives of lead singer Tytti Roto.

The rest of the eight-piece group take inspiration from a range of old and contemporary masters - Cymande, SAULT and Sade to name but a few - and don't linger in the shadows. Instead, they make it their mission to bring the groove to the fore.

The album closes with "The Queen", the only instrumental track that evokes the spirit of 1970s blaxploitation soundtracks with its wah-wah and fuzz guitars and jazzy changes.
