Snow From Yesterday [LP]

Two-time Grammy-nominated and acclaimed composer and percussionist Manu Delago collaborates with the vocal ensemble Mad About Lemon for his extraordinary new album "Snow from Yesterday" (One Little Independent Records).

The new album is dynamic, multi-faceted and powerful. Manu Delago's handpan virtuosity is the rhythmic life force of "Snow From Yesterday", creating soulful sounds over which Mad About Lemon's interwoven vocals can spread. Glacier mountains, rivers and even the smallest drops of water are sung about, and stories are told about journeys and stages in life that can connect us with places and people and have a lasting effect.

"Many of my last projects were very adventurous, conceptual and environmentally oriented. With "Snow from Yesterday", I wanted to put the music back in the foreground and create a touching world of sound, which I really succeeded in doing thanks to the magic of the three singers Anna, Mimi and Heidi."

The Tyrolean musician regularly works with various artists such as Björk, Anoushka Shankar, The Cinematic Orchestra and Olafur Arnalds and has performed as a soloist with the London Symphony Orchestra and the Metropole Orkest, among others.
