Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel has reclaimed her identity from the tyrannical Kree and taken revenge on the Supreme Intelligence. The unintended consequence of her actions, however, is that Carol must take on the burden of an unstable universe. She is confronted with a mysterious wormhole linked to a Kree revolutionary, and her powers suddenly interweave with those of superfan Kamala Khan from Jersey City aka Ms. Marvel, and her niece, now S.A.B.E.R. astronaut Captain Monica Rambeau. The unlikely trio must form a team and learn to pull together, because only together as THE MARVELS can they save the universe!
