Steven Seagal and Tommy Lee Jones star in this action thriller directed by Andrew Davis. When the USS Missouri is hijacked by mercenaries led by renegade former CIA operative William Strannix (Jones) and the Missouri's executive officer Commander Peter Krill (Gary Busey), they intend to take the battleship's Tomahawk missiles and sell them on the black market. However, they are not expecting to meet Chief Petty Officer Casey Ryback (Seagal), a former Navy SEAL who is now the Missouri's cook and will do whatever it takes to thwart their plans.

The cast also includes Erika Eleniak, Patrick O'Neal and Colm Meaney.
