Mike Johansen is a stubborn and aging cop whose outdated methods have gotten his department into a lot of trouble lately. To save his job and the department's image, he is sent to Mexico to smuggle the only eyewitness to the murder of two DEA agents back to the States. Once there, he realizes that he not only has to question his outdated views, but also that there are suddenly a lot of killers after him and his witness. Who can he trust now?
