The sound of Nails is unconventional and fishes mainly in grindcore, sludge and crust waters. Punk and hardcore are on top as a matter of course. In keeping with the style, their songs usually last +/- one minute, with only the sluggish "They Come Crawling Back" providing a stylistic exception with its eight-minute end-time mood.
